Our vacation rental properties are either lakefront homes with direct access to lakeside fun or are in close proximity to the Village of Skaneateles. We provide a variety of properties, each with varying abilities to meet diverse needs.
Services
We provide reservation services to both guests and owners with the goal to establish passive income for owners and exceptional stays for guests. We manage cleaning services, tax submittance, bookings from start to finish, lease agreements and more. We mange both short and long term leases as well as lakeside winter tenants during the off season. We market properties on a variety of booking channels pending owner's approval.
